They are not criminal, most just see them as borderline because they have a rep of showing people who are under the age of 18 in an all natural state

There is one around the corner from where I live. Biggest in the state I heard, but I have never been inside. From the pictures on their website it's just a bunch of old guys playing shuffle board nude.

Are there even aff programs in this "niche" I mean wouldn't It be illegal to charge for nude pics/vids of under 18 people?

I am not a lawyer but my understanding is that it becomes illegal if the underage person is displayed in a sexual gratuitous manner or engaged in sexually explicit activities. That is why it is legal (although morally objectionable) for nude art sites to have minors in the nude. I could not imagine such a site with an affiliate program though. I would hope they would edit out anyone under the age of 18
