anol. Methanol, when injected with air and fuel into an engines combustion chamber, dramatically reduces temperatures and increases the effective octane rating of the gasoline. In a sense, it's almost as good as running ultra high octane racing gasoline.

Methanol injection allows additional timining advance, more aggressive air fuel ratios, and thus, will increase horsepower and torque across the powerband.

im hoping after everything is all built i will be able to push into 2 bar territory. Im running a modified turbonetics kit right now with twin GT35r's. Stock block on race gas yeilds around 420 @ 8 psi :winkwink:

Must be running a v8, lol. I have a 2 liter six, if I wanted 420hp I'd need about 25psi with the size of my huffer :( at least it revs to the moon, I guess.

its a G35 3.5 liter going to be stoked to a 3.7. Im assuming you have an RB20 R32 skyline?

I love VQ35's :P Yeah i have an rb20 skyline. Why stop at 3.7 litres though? There's a guy local to me who is bored and stroked to 4.2 litres. I'm pretty sure the block has been sleeved, though.

40k miles racing and street with zero problems to date. Just make sure your methanol tank is always full or you will blow your engine under WOT.

gotta love those heart breaker dynos. I bet if you went on a dynojet you'd be over 400 at the wheels easily.

You are 100% correct. I wish they would just standardize these machines so hp actual was a concrete measure of speed.
