i saw some pics of people with their "dust masks" on...that's probably not going to cut it. one of the worst smog situations i've ever heard of, hopefully they will get a break on the heat really soon.

Explains the low amount of ICQ spam as of lately.

The majority of Russians smoke. The tables were just turned on them. Now they get to see what a non-smoker feels like, but x 1000.
