Locked out of Epassporte - any suggestions
Locked out of Epassporte. New password was required and went through the procedure to upgrade the password twice. I used two different browsers and tried on two different PCs. Answered all the challenge questions customer support had and was advised to check back in seven to ten days if I don't hear from them.
They have hundreds of my $! Any suggestions on resolving this. Any suggestions on which govenment agency to start with? I have no problem contacting several. |

Sucks to hear.. personally, i wouldn't be satisfied with this "seven to ten days" thing.. Btw, how're you PL? Long time no hear.

I did get an email from Michael and responded. For those with accounts, I'd take note of the contact info. If he can solve an issue, it sure beats 7-10 days and adds confidence in the service.

God forbid anything ever happens to that guy. He takes care of all of GFY's epass problems, without him we would all be locked out of our accounts.

Heard back and he has to turn it to Tech. So Michael did follow through and close the loop so far. Hard to ask for more right now.

probably a simple mistake when you were picking a new password...it was probably locked to secure your money...and make sure someone wasnt trying to steal from you
