Need to create private label sex toy store
I need to make a website that sells sex toys. I don't want to stock them, so I need to work with a sex toys company that has an affiliate program. But I want a pretty sophisticated site, that I can customize easily, highlighting certain sections and products, has good SEO, even the ability to post blog posts perhaps, etc.
What direction should I be looking? |
keep on searching ;)

try this one http://www.sensualdirect.com/

I could tell you, but then I would have to kill you... as that's what I'm doing...

SexToyFun allows you to put your banner on top and create specific categories for products you want to showcase. Their collection of banners is alright. Their inventory is pretty large but I often find they don't have a specific product I would like to sell. Hence it's hit-or-miss. They hold lots of porn DVDs though and I find their prices are generally competitive, as are their commissions.
Google SexToyFun to find it. There's a button 'become an affiliate' on their main page. Don't know about blog posts within the store itself, but you can certainly link there from where you post. Good luck. Alex |
honestly yes the affiliate program with sextoyfun/myfreewebsite are great and the biggest name out there... but if you want more flexibility use there dropshipping service & create your own storefront using ZenCart or oscommerce, if you have some php/design skills or access to a webmaster/programmer.

(Damn spam filter. I didn't know I had answers here, and started a new post today on what I'm now asking in this reply. Sorry)
I signed up for sextoyfun.com and created story under my own name. Problem is, once you click on any link within the site, the affiliate code pops into the URL. That seems to be a problem. Isn't it? |

I'm willing to hire a developer/consultant to do this. Any names to recommend? |

I see it's only 20% commission, is that below the norm. I see that your affiliate code is not showing up in the URLs, on your sites, which is better than SexToyFun, where I cannot get rid of the ?affiliate stuff in the URL (except for the first link there). |
