A leading adult industry client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the production and maintenance of various systems and websites. The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines is essential in a role which manages projects from inception to completion.


Responsibilities
Manage a multidisciplinary production team, including programmers and graphic designer in order to complete projects in a timely manner, and to improve the production process;
Create and maintain project plans with the company?s management tools in order to constantly monitor them;
Ensure daily maintenance of projects and websites;
Ensure efficient task distribution within the team;
Understand and communicate the production teams? needs in order to improve tools, systems and websites to be developed;
Deliver an excellent service to our customers by providing problem free, stable and easy navigation solutions.

Requirements
Good knowledge of CSS, HTML PHP and SQL;
3 years of Web production / programming / publishing experience;
2 years of project management experience;
Sound experience and understanding of media and emerging web technologies;
Experience with FMS, web videos and high traffic sites is a plus;
Linux environment knowledge is a plus;
Familiar with the technicalities and functions of database driven sites;
Experience with agile methodologies a plus;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/French are essential, candidates must be resident in Canada.
