Need a little Wordpress/JS code snippet
 

I need someone to write me a little Wordpress / Javascript code snippet.

What I'm looking for is ;

A drop down menu that shows the parent category as the title (not a link) and the child categories as links in the menu one the menu is dropped down.

Please see the attached image to see what I mean.
