Any issues with content we always remove promptly, and without any worry about it being re-added. We have been in the celebrity business for many years and have been around the block so to speak and understand the laws and take them seriously.

As for the issue with mrskin, we offer a wide range of content but only a very tiny portion is from mrskin, maybe 0.2 percent, probably lower than that. We don't remove his branding in any way and give him full credit for that content.

As for Jim who made the original post, he works for me and I have the utmost trust in him, if he had a issue with celebrity websites before well lets just say that I've turned him around on that line of thinking :)

heads up: don't do biz with JIM. He told me to move my sites from his hosting company after I got upset with his lackey Wayne, because they couldn't keep my sites online. Then he came back at me with the whole "I run sites with stolen content" and then dragged his feet to get me what I needed to switch hosts.

so let me get this straight: Jim wants celeb webmasters to send him traffic after he told a celeb webmaster who was hosting with him that he basically was a thief?

While I understand the issue you had with having to move hosts, I do think the issues you are bringing up are misplaced. As I mentioned Jim is someone I hired, I am not hosted under him and have been with the same host, entangledweb.net for 9 years now which is a very safe place for websites such as yours and mine.

I understood Jim was a host before I hired him, and can understand that not all hosts know quite how to deal with legal letters. I hope you two can resolve this in some way. Maybe a full resolution is not possible, but hopefully some resolution can happen as I am sure Jim has a different view of Celebrity Websites now than he did then.

As for the misspelling, he will be flogged for that.

KingpinMedia, I am not going to get into a big drama thread as that doesn't help anyone. In short what you have said is basically
true, however that was then and now is now. I am no longer an owner or involved in any way shape or manner with that hosting company.
For the record they are a fantastic operation and follow the rules of the game set fourth by all laws and have a top notch network
and staff.
That being said I am in a totally different arena now and I have been hired to help promote a great quality new "Celebrity" site.
