Yes, use lots of lube and try different positions. Over time she'll get used to
more girth. Length is a problem when you hit her cervix. Different positions with
less penetration will help the length issue. Also, when she gets really turned on

Actually, I just went and check a bunch of different sites and the more "reputable" ones are saying that the average unaroused length is 6 to 7.5 cm (2.5 to 3 in) and when arroused it's around 4 in.(10 cm).
