When they tripped max up, had he used USPS for the shipment? Or a private courier? What states are a bad idea to mail to?

Seems like maybe he was busted as much for doing extreme stuff and dressing the girls to look underaged.

Using the USPS is a bad idea in my opinion, I am not sure if postal inspectors have any jurisdiction with UPS or Fedex.

Adam and Eve ship to all states using UPS or USPS. I know they have had issues back in the 80's with an obscenity charge, but maybe the vanilla stuff goes USPS and the raunchier goes UPS.

I know they nailed him because so many people were so disgusted by what he produced and I won't be mailing anything even similar to any of his content.. but I still don't like to cause trouble.

I've always been curious about that, all of those "mailed this" "mailed that" being such a huge crime... they bust people because they used government mail which makes it a fed offense... isn't that right?

Why would anyone ever use usps for adult items?

USPS is fine and legal for mailing adult material. playboy, penthouse, etc. have been using them for years and years as well as many other adult companies. the postal inspector has jurisdiction over ALL carriers.
