9=7+2=63

9+7=122

2 + 3 = 10 ----> 2*2 = 4 + 2*3 = 6 => 4+6= 10
7 + 2 = 63 ----> 7*7 = 49 + 7*2 = 14 => 49 + 14 = 63
6 + 5 = 66 ----> 6*6 = 36 + 6*5 = 30 => 36 + 30 = 66
8 + 4 = 96 ----> 8*8 = 64 + 8*4 = 32 => 64 + 32 = 96

Then:

9 + 7 = 9*9 = 81 + 9*7 = 63 = 81 + 63 = 144

IQ is said to rise with a few points for every generation, previously an average population would have around 100, now many Western countries are considered closing in on an average of closer to 110.

The average guy on GFY could most probably not do this by himself. Just look at how many times the fools ask the very same question in the Epass thread and most will feel smarter already. Fools are everywhere though, beware!

How I cracked It was cause all sums were dividable with the first figure. 10/2 = 5, 63/7 = 9 etcetc.

None of the sums are possible.

Im hoping that if one of us gets the right answer, Mark E4A shall be courteous enough to say.

Any number, is correct. Anyone that thinks there are only certain numbers that "fit" are just average humans.

Here is my solution.

2 + 3 = 10 (numbers I like)
7 + 2 = 63 (numbers I like)
6 + 5 = 66 (numbers I like)
8 + 4 = 96 (numbers I like)

Therefore,

9 + 7 = 86 (also numbers I like)

Math does not = IQ points. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Yep,you could research all possible formulas and combinations and suddenly your icq would be 200 since then you could resolve any problem.

i think that one is set up for less than 120 though...

i learned it as 2 + 3 = 5 not 10

you need a tougher test. i consider anything below 128 to be low to average IQ.
