Who was running Epass while Chris Mallick and his top staff were busy with MiddleMen
 

Everyone knows Chris put his heart and soul into Middle Men. I'm sure it consumed the majority of his time and he was not involved in Epass. I know the person running Epass appears to have been involved heavily in the movie as well. That leads to the question. Who was running the ship while the top people at Epass were working on Middle Men?

I'm wondering if this situation is where it is today because the people at the top didn't have their eye on things and did not have solutions in place to avoid a complete halt in business operations (this whole paragraph feels like I'm telling the ibill story, not to mention they went down in September as well).
