Thats unheard of. Paul (R) 37% - Conway (D) 63% of the black vote

Rand Paul also is winning in every age bracket but the 65+

The Demon 09-11-2010 05:25 PM

I can't believe such an allegedly racist conservative picked up so many black votes. Queue the retarded misdirection by the liberals.

Supz 09-11-2010 05:26 PM

what is 37% of 14?

Bill8 09-11-2010 05:34 PM

anything that hurts the past generations of established (and corrupted corporatist) republican and democrat politicians is good news.

so more power to him. its nice to see the teabaggers cutting into republican guts.

Ethersync 09-11-2010 05:38 PM

The tea party is supporting those that have the same values as them, incumbants are loosing in the GOP, remember what happened in Alaska recently

Unless the revolution is going to include a halt to the internet and TV, it ain't happening. Only about 60% of those who are able to actually vote. Of those who do vote, at least 40% just pick the candidate that they like best or base their vote on something stupid.

What I'm getting at is that most people in this country just don't care enough to revolt. Remember, Obama pushes his speech back an hour earlier this year so as not to compete with American Idol. That should speak volumes about where the country's priorities are.

Here is what will happen in 2012. Either Obama will win re-election or a republican candidate will win and that republican candidate will pretty much be just like Obama and Bush before him and Clinton before him.

The only possible revolution on the horizon is within the republican party. If they somehow fail to take back the neither the house or senate in November they are going to shit themselves and we could see infighting in the party that could cause it to fracture apart. We might eventually see a tea party like wing of the republicans and then a more moderate wing of the republicans.

So short of a catastrophic event, there will be no revolution.

mozadek 09-11-2010 07:00 PM

Bad news for Paul, black people don't vote, unless your last name is Obama.

Brujah 09-11-2010 07:01 PM

Rand Paul is a Tea Party Racist? I didn't know that.

Yeah republicans did that back in 1994. How'd that work out? As soon as they got some power they got corrupt. How many talked about term limits and yet are still in office or stayed longer than they said they would?

its a difficult problem and I would tend to agree it is insolvable, we have all already lost, and we are slaves to the multinationals now with no way to escape.

but, in 1994 resource depletion was still two decades in the future. for us, it's much closer. resource depletion means a permanently contracting economy.

will the politicians be safe from removal in a permanently contracting economy?

we'll probably all be alive to see.

---

tho your comment is unclear - if you are talking about what the teapublicans will do when back in power, of course they will all be corrupt. that's obvious.

Hehe funny... Rand's views aren't the same as 99.9% of the tea party followers but they align with him simply because he isn't a Democrat. The sheep mentality with the tea party is freakin funny.

Hard not to be part of the Tea Party when your father's votes started it. :2 cents:

The Tea Party Ron Paul follows - has very basic core values. Which is not the Tea Party we have today, the core people are not following his/those values, that is very clear and he even believes this as well.

Ron Paul thinks people following the todays Tea Party are... what was it, being taken for a ride, I think he said.

The Tea Party today is about politics, the administration and what others are doing wrong rather than right. The message is lost.

Yeah he did say they have been taken for a ride, and he is right. So it is a good sign when someone like Rand is leading the way.
