I'd love to know this too... I don't see how twitter posts from non-niche specific twitter accounts can lead to conversions on the actual site. I mean if it's just a numbers game and you're looking for 0.01% then I understand, but that would take a ton of twitter followers to be worth anything, right?

Well you can make your site update your twitter automatically so each day you add content those content will be post on twitter like i said automatically.

Now if is for adult site that's the only way you can do that to get traffic from twitter and hope they buy a membership from your site, but that's the thing updating your site = updating your twitter so it will grow day by day.

Now if you are in mainstream, you can signup on http://revtwt.com/ and they add some ads i think 3 per account per day, and i think the max twitter accounts you can have are 10 and each account need to have minimum 50 followers i think, after that you can make some revenue from there hope it help
