Belgium hosting recommendations? Legal casino site..

I need hosting for one of my clients who runs an online casino (legal gambling). Ideally hosted in Belgium, if not available then Holland, France, UK, etc.

I would appreciate experiences / references, thanks.

gambling sites are illegal in Belgium.

Hosting that in Belgium is as legal as hosting it in the US.

My client handles legal issues, and knows VERY well what is he doing. Let's just say he knows about upcoming changes in EU legislative more than common people.
