Such a stupid post.

FACT: he rolls with a bodyguard at all times..Just sayin :2 cents:

Phoenix66 09-24-2010 08:49 AM

Last I've heard, Kulikov, Yamba guys and Vol are still alive and healty. And they conned Russian webmasters on hundreds of thousands and live in Russia and Ukraine, not in USA. All their data were available, including passports numbers and address.

These are totally empty threats.

nikki99 09-24-2010 08:51 AM

I do not condone these threats. I doubt Chris will walk away with our money and nothing will happen via the legal system.

He is still letting us accept money after he closed the ach withdraw page. So if he walks, that is theft on top of fraud.

I think this was a publicity stunt to raise awareness for the shit movie that I won't mention.

The IRS will be on him. They already busted him for under-reporting a few years back ... they'll be paying closer attention to his "income" now.

Even if he has everything structured to be offshore, he is a US citizen that may be orchestrating fraud (provided we don't get our money back); perhaps from US soil. DOJ will be interested in that. Wire fraud, racketeering, etc.

Ray... how would pissing of the majority of the people who woudl go see this film (adult webmaster) be a good plublicity stunt?....not only did non webmaster ignore this movie completely but so did webmasters !!!.. Can you show me one person who is more interested in seeing this movie? .

Chirs mallick shouldl be thankfull blockbuster is going under....so the horrible rental numbers and extremely high theft and damaged dvds numbers dont get reported.

one thing is for sure...this plublicity wont help chris mallick in his quest to be a mover and shaker in the movie industry.

hes done in hollywood..noone will give him dime 1 for a movie project now and im sure after the loss he/we/epassporte took on Middle Men..he wont be using a dime of his own money !:2 cents:

People that used Epass for tax evasion were asking for trouble...

It was only a matter of time.

People should be proactive and go back and amend prior tax returns.

That's their bad then. We've always booked epass deposits and filed accordingly.

Mr. Cool Ice 09-24-2010 09:16 AM

A "high risk" business means you may lose, because it is a high risk.

Take your lumps and move on. You rolled the dice on a company that helped people evade taxes. What did you think was going to be the end result?

LOL. Stealing millions of dollars and putting the livelihoods of most likely thousands in jeopardy. Sounds like a pretty sweet publicity stunt. Hey did it work?

Even a bullet proof vest leaves a lot of you exposed.

Just have to gamble on the fact that 99% of people make empty threats that they aren't capable of carrying out.

Phoenix 09-24-2010 09:34 AM

nothing is going to happen to mallick..you guys are crazy

i would bet money that he has more ability to reach out and touch you from across the globe then 99.9% of the people he robbed

~Ray 09-24-2010 09:37 AM

Let me rephrase..

I think this was a publicity stunt that went wrong. At first, no one but DEA was really worried... GFY traffic tripled and everyone was OK, except DEA, then shit went from bad to worse, so perhaps it spun out of control. Maybe Mallick was playing a marketing guess that once this little marketing scheme was fixed, that St Kitts would not mind taking the heat for the minor mishap... perhaps St Kitts did mind and now is punishing Chris for trying to make them look bad, just to raise press for Chris, and then his movie.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Though that might sound absurd.. so is Chris Mallick running away with everyone's money. This is simply epass and St Kitts having a fight over % rates I'm sure. Chris probably told them to fuck off and they called his bluff.

I have $6000 locked in epass.

yes it is more likely someone will just hurt themself instead. :2 cents:

i hope mr. mallick is a cunning psychopath without a conscience because the guilt from the pain he caused from his incompetence and hubris would be incredible.

Phoenix66 09-24-2010 09:38 AM

This thread is senseless. Bullet proof vests are mostly against shrapnel or low velocity "soft" pistol bullets. Even then you may be hardly bruised, got some ribs broken, even die from shock. But they were never meant to stop a hi-energy rifle bullets or even increased energy "Magnum" pistol shots.

99% always leave that 1% of stupid enough to do some damage and I'm not talking about Russian or eastern European webmasters as far I've heard currently the only ones who are shooting people are depressed Americans :) I'm just saying :)))

Ha Ha. You must not know too many Russians........ or you would know that they are primarily only dangerous to the nearest bottle of vodka or a female family member........ and of course Russian webmasters are a particularity scary bunch considering they are invariably 16 year skinny little geeks who have never wandered outside of their mother's dingy apartment in the Soviet apartment blocks.

I am sure that Mallick is terrified of those pissed off Russian webmasters right now. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Good remark. But I think he would be worried if he really lived here (Eastern Europe). Most of us have undergone army service which was compulsory in past, so nearly all men went to serve for a year or two. That means knowing well how to use guns / rifles / etc. Some of us got to ride even tanks, real grenades in fight simulations, etc. Of course it's not what it used to be, before 90's there were huge army maneuvers. Husband of my sister told me many crazy stories, like driving a tank in a valley, while Russian troops were shooting from their tanks over the valley. Or going fishing with handful of grenades. Or waking up your buddies by shooting into tank armour with a rifle (I was told it gives you a pretty bad sonic shock if you don't have earbuds). Crazy stuff , lol

Clarification: This post is NOT a thread to anyone.

Exactly what i was thinking when this whole thing went down. Losing your money will be the least of your worries.

Anyone that evaded taxes on anything significant may want to talk to a tax attorney. Better to pay up, because no amount of money is worth losing your freedom:2 cents:

The IRS is a US based organization. This dude is long gone from the US. He closed his US operations weeks ago so any US government agency has no control over anything he does. This not only includes the IRS but any would be lawsuits for people wanting their money back.
