I'm Glad I went withWEBAIR, and here's why:
So today I was installing a Tube Ace installation on one of my domains on my new dedicated server and needed some software installed to run the tube. So I jump into my control panel, go to Live Help, and waited about 3 mins for someone to pick up the new query. During that time I made a support ticket, and had my # handy. So I just told the support rep, Chaya, that I needed something installed on the server, and gave the person my ticket #, and they said it would be done in a bit. Well, about 3 mins went by and I forgot I had the chat window open, and my installation was already done so I could continue my installation of the Tube Ace script.
Fucking awesome. If you want super fast service and people who get things done from a hosting company, go to Webair. |

Gotcha, oracle.
We've had problems gettting our connection to work on ICQ, before, if I am not mistaken. Delete me from your list them re-add me or something. I dont think my messages are coming through. |

I have always loved Webair's live help feature. Never have to wait more than a minute or two to get connected and they are always very quick and helpful, especially Ketan!
Out of the 8+ hosts I have servers with, Webair is definitely at the top of the list. :thumbsup |

I had the exact same experience... they're amazing... I know Mike and Gerard pretty well and I could totally go directly to them if I wanted to, but I used live help and it was the same service as if I contacted one of them directly... their support is above and beyond fast and helpful... the service WebAir provides is the same from the top all the way down to the bottom of the totem pole... :thumbsup :thumbsup
