It is going to be hard to get them to do a wire. Think about it - it's like Christmas for the bank. They will make a very nice profit from all those ATM fees.
If you could just request a wire, their profit would shrink. So it's going to be difficult.

two concerns for VV

- how to track stats/balance of transactions on SKNB there

- issues with expired VV accounts and VisaElectron cards from 01.Sept - till 07.Oct...or even before for users who did not get new valid cards...

I'll believe it when the atm machine spits out the cash.

i am very curious what they say about wires. as my card expired i have not that many options.

I emailed them asking about the fees, and they also told me the fees remain unchanged and atm withdrawals are $3 :thumbsup

1. Use a currency convertor, a pencil and paper and a bit of grey matter.
2. Ask the card issuer.

I asked about wires in my email to them but I haven't gotten a response yet. I'll post when/if I get a response.
