NBA season about to start! Make your predictions

who do you think will get the ring? Everybody and his neighbor is thinking Miami, but I have the feeling they'll roll through regular season and LeBeyoncé will flake on playoffs as usual. If I had to bet, I'd say it won't go out of Lakers, Spurs, Boston and Orlando. Be aware of Bucks and OKC, though, they will surprise many.

as for regular season MVP, IMHO LeBeyoncé and Durant are the only ones on the run (and I'd bet Durant), and ROY will go for Wall.

Make your predictions and let's get this rolling! :thumbsup

yeah yeah yeah, but they have the ultra flaky baby, then the up and coming runner up for flaky baby (Bosh) and the only real player with guts is Wade. and out of those 3, they're weak at each and every position, not to mention they have no bench, so LBJ-CB-DW will need to play 40 minutes each game. Despite Wade guts, he's quite injury prone and he won't be able to play that much. Bosh will cry like a girl every fucking game and LBJ... well, he reserves the "big flakey" for when it counts: playoffs! :thumbsup

come on, GSW is in a very interesting rebuild process. I've them for (a quite unexpected) 8th seed in the West

PornMD 10-10-2010 11:53 PM

The Heat are going to probably make it to the playoffs but then falter I think. They have all the markings of a bunch of superstars thrown together that probably won't amount to much of a TEAM as their talent would indicate. Lakers will threepeat...again.

JustDaveXxx 10-11-2010 12:12 AM

LA Lakers all the way!!!

Lakers will win it again.

Magix 10-11-2010 01:56 AM

Boston :) I go for Boston :) They have the best team. Just look at their Roster: Paul, KG, Ray, Diesel, Jermaine O'Neal, Nate Robinson, Rondo. That is a fucking dream team.

OY 10-11-2010 02:55 AM

Threepeat!

I have a feeling the Heat will be believing their own hype by the time the playoffs roll around. I'm betting the Lakers will threepeat.

SomeCreep 10-11-2010 03:15 AM

Lakers..

gmr324 10-11-2010 08:19 AM

I think the Heat could be in trouble if any of those big 3 are injured like Wade is now. They will probably account for 70 points in each game if healthy. I agree that the Celtics have an interesting squad. If Shaq can actually run the fast break with Rhondo and Garnet, they will be dangerous. Nice to see the Celts have a legit backup for Rhondo with Delonte. In the end, they still don't have an answer for the Lakers if Kobe, Gasol and Bynum are healthy.

slavdogg 10-11-2010 08:25 AM

warriors will make the playoffs

The Demon 10-11-2010 08:30 AM

Celtics beat both Orlando and Miami and take on the Lakers in the finals.

Too early to guess who the Lakers will face.

My pick right now before seeing the teams play would be Boston > Orlando > Miami.

Zuzana Designs 10-11-2010 12:41 PM

I’m a Lakers fan by heart being from Cali and would love to see 3 in a row. I heart Kobe. With that being said, I have TONS invested in Lebron James so I have to cheer for him as well. I think the Heat will defeat the Lakers in the finals in 7 games. This will be the best year the NBA has seen in many years when it’s all said and done.

Holly Lez! 10-11-2010 12:48 PM

BOSTON ALL DA WAY.. especially if Kobe plays like he did in the last series YAY

heymatty 10-11-2010 12:51 PM

Last year I started the season as a Suns fan with very low expectations. Guessing they wouldn't make the playoffs. But it was a great year with a great playoff run. I was at quite a few of the playoff games.

This year expectations go back to low though.

I'd love to see Durant and Westbrook win it all.

CaptainHowdy 10-11-2010 12:52 PM

Some will lose, some will win.

D-Money 10-11-2010 02:30 PM

I just have a feeling one of the big 3 of Miami will have a big injury this year, probably Wade.

If they suffer an injury like that when the playoffs come, they won't win it all. Even if healthy, I still think Boston and the Lakers are a better team because of their experience in playing together.

People always talk about LeBron being unselfish with the ball. I disagree. He'll get his assists, no doubt, he's that good. But he wants to be the king and I'm sure you'll see him shooting super far 3's and missing.

No, I'm not salty he left Cleveland...

MovieMaster 10-11-2010 02:44 PM

Celtics Chicago Miami Orlando

Lakers Thunder JailBlazers

Throwing good money after bad?

alexchechs 10-11-2010 02:59 PM

Hate to say it but the Miami stooges just made Kobe train harder and have more of a killer instinct. Lakers are gonna win this all the way.

Holly Lez! 10-11-2010 03:36 PM

FAKERS better hope Kobe plays better than he did in the series against Boston in the finals.. BOSTON!! keep underestimating us! We like being underdogs
