The email you're referring to is somewhat promising. Considering Mallick has ignored everyone, why would he reply to that ONE guy if it wasn't true? He'd just ignore him like he ignores everyone else.

The question is, why that guy? Maybe he had a really big sum of money compared to the rest of us? Not sure...

Please let us know ASAP if the money comes. Of course even if it's wired tomorrow, that doesn't mean it'll show tomorrow....but if it shows at all, let us know.

I don't expect it to considering they stated on the site that they'd be updating all of us on October 18th....so why would they make one exception unless this guy has some kind of inside connection?

Well, if a transfer is initiated tomorrow, your Wallet balance on ePassporte.com should reflect that immediately, even though you won't receive it tomorrow. That's how it's always been and I'm hoping that's how it'll be. Chris's email wasn't directed at me and so I'm in the same boat as everyone else.

I don't understand how they're going to process literally thousands of wires in a single day. Chris is a jackass for not knowing how to handle this situation -or- underestimating his clientele.

Someone in LA really needs visit him at his home address.

I'm really not going to be waiting around until the 18th. If things are the same come the 13th, I'll be contacting a lawyer in Curaçao to discuss this (which will take a few days) and get the lawyer to write up and send (email/fax) a legal letter to Chris (even if it means sacrificing ~$500).

Given they have NO wire information for a ton of people, they can't do it... Nor have they requested any wire info from people.. Nor have they responded to emails so that they can get wire info.. So basically it's sounding like all lies to stretch things out until it's too late for anyone. If you have the resources, you should be contacting a lawyer tomorrow, not even leaving it until the 13th.

Referring to the wires pending since early September. As yet unsure of how the remainder of the funds will be handled.
