Anyone install this script before?

I am trying to run the install.php file and I enter mySQL hostname, username, pass, and database name as prompted and then continue to get this message...

DB TABLE ERROR:
Problem:
Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I've tried contacting support and nothing after a week. Any ideas?

I brought their review script a couple of years back and i seem to recall the same problem, sorry, i cannot remember the solution but they did normally reply within a day or two.

Dumped the script a couple of weeks later for a better solution! :D

you shouldn't be using the root mysql user...

also the error is right there. its a db error, prob wrong pass.
