I am heading to south beach next month. Any suggestions or non overpriced hotels down there near or on the beach?

I actually stayed there post-hurricane because it was one of the few places with power and Internet access. AND they were in the middle of renovating. It was the worst possible time for many reasons to be in a hotel in South Beach and we were still treated great.

When there, give my regards to adriana, a waitress on the art deco strip. Met her last week, awesomely cute girl.

Its downtown Miami, but we liked the Epic Hotel.

I got the Royal Palm for 70$ + tax for next Easter weekend via priceline.com
