This is nothing more than lip service by Obama to get H.R. 1966: Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act through.

If this bill passes, it will be another big blow to the First Amendment.

To add to this. Can I call someone up on their phone and harrass them and threaten them? No. If caught I could be arrested and serve time in jail. And that law has been around for DECADES. How is this different? It's not.
