Noticed that late last night and have had a few problems trying to upload today. But normally it's fine.

Ive had problems on youtube for the last 2 years with just about every video playing too slow to stream. Always gotta wait 5 mins for the view to buffer completely otherwise it will skip. Sometimes it just randomly stops loading too, so it only preloads up to 1/4th of the video then stops doing so

I was thinking the same and thought it was only me. Been about 2 weeks now for me, before then it always ran smooth without any buffering.

"same" problem here for about 2 weeks. video starts and then just stops loading, it shows red like it is fully loaded but it stops loading after few seconds...what a shit...

get faster internet, works fine.
