SKNANB - news from anyone over $7,500
 

Anyone receive from them email:

"In the next few days, cardholders will receive an email with the additional documentation required in order to facilitate either the Bank Draft or Wire Transfer. "

?

My documents where sent 15 days ago, I get initial confirmation and that's all. I have a little over 10k :/

And anyone knows if somebody have over 7,5k and dont want to have wire transfer will they enable back card only?

money is gone.

I have $7 on my V V. That is the current limit of my exposure.

At this point I think they are stalling for time.

Today I've got email from them:

Apparently everyone has been contacting Gregory Elias. Every time this happens he gives everyone the week off and it causes delays.

I just called the bank for the first time. I have 2 accounts, 1 for gf [gift acc] w ~2.5k and mine w ~7.5k [+-200]. both accounts are blocked, and now they requested docs for my gf's acc too... 6 days ago i got the email about they are reviewing my docs and will lmk. They did not ask for more docs via the phone, they told me i should just sit and wait and send docs for the other account. mine has an expired card, they confirmed the virtual card will be activated again soon, they also gave me the new cvv2 :) so hopefully i will be able to access my funds in a few days.. btw: anyone knows the online shopping limit??

The chick on the phone seemed kind and helpful, i am disappointed in a positive way. :pimp
