i have a resources button page http://www.jewelsgold.com/resources.php

scroll down to the row with Croco Guide and Juicyads buttons - they're not clickable and i can't figure out why, just standard href image link code. i'll probably bang my head through the wall when somebody notices something obvious that's messed up.

Looks like they're covered by the "bottom-fade" div. You need to check the page out in Firefox with Firebug.

Your issue is the positions. Never use position in CSS unless absolutely necessary. :thumbsup
