Wordpress redirection
I noticed a strange thing on WP installations. It makes a big redirection from
http : //www.mysite.com to http : //mysite.com where it is installed. It happens not only on subdomains or aliased addon domains but also on main domains. What do you think about? How bad is this for SEO? How can i fix it? |
Not tried this myself, but apparently if you wish to use www follow these instructions
Login to your WordPress Dashboard Click on "Settings" Now, click on "General" Modify both of the below settings to include www Blog address (URL) WordPress address (URL) Let me know if it works! |
Thanks. WP tends to forget www in install configuration settings. I 'll try it on new small blog.
