one tip many of you likely already know, ezinearticles, probably the strongest one on the list, only accepts exclusive submissions, so one strategy is to post your first article there, wait until it gets approved, then post on the other sources

What he said... I think there's 3 or 4 "top" places you want to be diligent about submitting to and using unique articles.. Then the rest you can just "spam" them basically... Can't remember which ones were at the top and can't find my notes. I think goarticles.com was one of them.

Looking for a desktop version of some type of software.

xgen can submit to some of the article sites.

its $79 a month and runs on your comp.

There has to be one out there that will allow me to carry my own DB etc etc.

Without the monthly fees!
