ePassporte Lawsuit Get In To Get Your Money
Hello,
Some guys here reported getting money from epass wallet using an attorney office in Curacao. As the story goes, you contact the attorney, attorney contacts epass and in within 7-10 they wire the attorney your funds. Attorney keeps their rate - 20% (and that is a huge fee!), and than wires your remaining wallet funds. Here is the link to the attorney's website, you can even call them: http://zlattorneys.com/ After doing some research, the guy ([email protected]) and the firm seem legit. You can contact them, and see what they say, but as they told me and to some other guys, they will only drop the fee if we are a big group. So I talked with some other guys with funds stuck in epass wallet (we are 4 at the moment), and started gathering more people so we'll get a better rate from the lawyer. I DO NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY IF YOU DO THIS! But the way I see it you will only risk more if you lay back and do nothing! If you want to enroll, just mail me in3sting gmail, icq 498 560 806, or pm me. Again, I have nothing to do with the lawyer, I just contacted him as a possible client, as we'll all do as a group pretty soon! The sooner the better! Will post some of their (zlattorneys.com) answers to my questions. |

I did also notice that epassporte entry at Curacao Chamber commerce has removed the "dissolved" status. This is curious. |
well sounds like a way to get my 3k out of there. lets see how this goes.
mail me how i can participate. |
All these groups lawyering up should group up and then you'll all be something really serious.
|
good luck guys!
|
Wasnt choker doing the same thing? What happend to that?
|
good thing I left epass at the right time
i hope yuo guys get your money back |
No, we don't need to pay upfront!
Here's a quote from one of Daniel's answers: Quote:
Like TylerBang said, I want to get started on Monday 1st of Nov, so stand by for info and get others you might know with money in epass in here! |
This is how it's gonna fold out: the lawyer's will take your cash and not do shit.
|
epassporte is not dissolved anymore : http://www.curacao-chamber.an/info/r...legalformid=51

Anyone who has any negative info on ZL please post it. Thanks. |

Nikki Please post a link to the negative info you have on ZL? We would like to review it. Thanks. |
so are you all 100% going for it or yet to decide?
|
Would be nice for more info. Although that fee is steep, I'd be willing to pay it to recover the money I have sitting in the wallet, since these assholes still have not marked any documents as received.
|
this sounds to me like bunch of crows trying to make money from the corpse of epass. i wouldn't count much on them, what they can offer you is some dog barks on epass and If epass decides to send them their middle fingers in return, it will be very hard to continue this in court, since screenshots of your balance wont stand as evidence .
|
in3sting: I've sent you email.
|
Who contacte me via ICQ, please shoot an email at in3sting gmail, so I can get you all the info!
|
emails sent to everyone on the list.
|
i sent mail to [email protected] without any answer from him..

1) the capital is set as $30000. So I say about 10 people will see money from epass - the rest gets nothing. 2) Making revenue from motion pictures was actually in epassporte's company description? Yuk! |
some one put me on that list, i would like to see if it works.
|
So.. in all of this crap, no one ever asks the questions that matter or explains the details of how/why money is recoverable, what that process is exactly and how/why the law can hold Mallick accountable for anything.
All i see is a guy hiding behind a bunch of offshore companies, surely he's well insulated from any direct liability and everyone is talking about recovering money from a company that no longer exists. This biz is full of retards. |

The basic gist is that ePassporte wont have the funds to pay everyone out because they speculated on most of the money. |
good luck with that guys

1) On what grounds can Chris Mallick be PERSONALLY sued? (for the GFY Idiots "I'm angry" is not legal grounds that establishes personal wrong doing by Chris - no matter how much you want to believe it is) 2) WHY does anyone believe that Epass money is recoverable when Epass itself already does not exist? 3) What is the mechanism to recover Epass funds? 4) Where are Epass funds located? 5) Assuming you have answers to any of the above, what law gives you the right to claim any money? Who gets sued and for what exactly? In what jurisdiction, under what laws? Why/How is money recoverable? |
and BTW... the thread title as with Chokers ranting is about a lawsuit. Yet there is no explanation as to who gets sued, under what laws, in what jurisdiction and how/why money is recoverable. I mean, this is super obvious stuff that gets answered first.. but as usual, in this biz, idiots start backwards with hysteria, dysfunction, poor planning, bizarre assumptions and complete and total disorganization and work forwards to failure.

They will find a way to pay up, or atleast, pick and choose who they think they can get away with not paying, and who is worth paying.
if the suits behind it want to hold onto any credibility they may have left, that is. If they're ready to give up whats left of their credibility, they and everyone around em will have to live amongst thousands of enraged not-so-sane people that they owe money too Considering all the money this guy throws around, he should be able to find a way to settle this and hopefully we'll see our money. forget lawsuits, this is the only hope at this point |

You may want to take screenshots as evidence. But if you were in court right now, you would not even need screenshots. :2 cents: |

Here are the answers from the Attorney 1) Why do you believe that Epass money is recoverable when Epass itself already does not exist? RESPONSE D.Z.: Your assumption that Epassporte does not exist is not correct. Epassporte is still active, the question is how long Epassporte will be active. If Epassporte will go bankrupt, then it is likely that account holders will not be able to retrieve their funds. 2) What is the mechanism to recover Epass funds? Who gets sued and for what exactly? In what jurisdiction, under what laws? RESPONSE D.Z.: Epassporte is located in Curaçao. The bank where Epassporte holds an account (United International Bank) is also located in Curaçao. Our law firm is also located in Curaçao. Account holders have entered into agreements with Epassporte, a Curaçao company. This makes that Curaçao law is applicable to this case. 3) Where are Epass funds located? RESPONSE D.Z.: see my answer above. |
I am working with this firm. I can only say good things about them so far.

Very cool. :) |
Hope all people recover their funds.
If people do nothing waiting for an ePass wire, Im sure they will lost funds. at least there is a hope. If this firm doesnt charge anything UNLESS they recover peoples funds, what are they losing? I prefer loss 20% than 100% |
BUMP !!!
What's going on with Daniel guys ? :pimp |
I thought epass money was in SKNANB bank, im confused now...
