You had automatic renewal selected. I would suggest turning that off if you do not want services automatically renewed.

Further to Sly's comment about turning off auto renew, If its only just been renewed, maybe email them immediatly & a refund could be raised.

i always turn that off and usually cancel the payment thing they set up with paypal that allows them to bill 500-1000 extra a month

and i never add "cc" to the list, so they cant do this shit

I have been hit with the "auto renew" when I made 100% sure it wasn't selected. Kinda sucks but better to have my domain than not.:winkwink:

I deselect it every time I buy a domain. Every single time.
