Maniacpass.com looks pretty interesting, they have a build a site feature and some really good niches.

That's CashManiacs.. Haven't made a sale with them for quite some time so don't know about their current payment status. They seem to be active though, emails every week about new FHGs and new sites being done.

I'm on ccbill only with them but 1:8000 ratio here all time. Properly cascaded version might convert better.
