That will die too, because the smart people, once this "fair use shift" as you mention takes place, that will be exploited, the same people who are doing well now will be doing well then, and then a new slew of problems will arise. For the record: I am not some anti-piracy crusader. I am an anti-piracy crusader for my own intellectual property. That's as far as I go with it. When I see someone else's stuff stolen while I'm finding mine, I say oh well, you should have a dedicated staff like I do. I am ambivalent to the whole situation. Things are cozy where we are now, but don't get me wrong, I have my telescope out checking out the proverbial grass. In a nut shell, I'm too quick on my feet to let piracy put "me" out of business. It may cripple my program one day, but not me. I'll find a way just like I have been doing for the last 10 years. I welcome change in any direction.
