I failed to mention that I will offer support to the buyer and make sure he/she understands how each site works and how to change the ads or layout etc. You will not be left blind with a bunch of new sites wondering which direction to go. I also have a spreadsheet with all of the cms login and db info to make things easier for the buyer.

Sorry you are mistaking, when I said "K" I'm referring to traffic by the thousand, not money or in regards to earnings.

Last months earnings were 1.5k <-- referring to 1,500 k thanks (k referring to ok)

In October all of the mobile traffic on the sites was redirected due to the pre paid ad sale, causing stats to appear down. The sites have maintained the same income on average the whole time I have owned and operated them. Which has been since June of 2010.
