I have 2 celebrity blogs for sale: Salab Celebs Balas Celebs Summary SE (google, yahoo, bing) traffic on both is ~1500-2000 unique visitors/day(I can give stats access to interested buyers). 100$ in Mr Skin signups during last few months... but I did nothing to optimize/change ads. I run to many websites and want focus on just few, so I decided to sell the rest.
Browse those blogs and you will see for yourself that they need ads optimization  If you are in nude celebrity niche, I guess you know how much can you make with 50k monthly SE traffic.
