I would do 24x with a license for all of the content that's on the site, to be used only on the site. Also interested in still recruiting girls and shooting for the new owners on a per scene basis if needed.

Why bother wasting everyone's time with this? The market is 6-8 x monthly revenue with no strings attached. For clarity, revenue does not equal profit, you still have to pay overhead, management, processing, advertising and promotion, etc.

Just give it up, let it run until it dies and move on to something else. You will never get 24 months rev... Content has very little value, it's the earnings that matter

Multipliers have gone up but no where remotely close to that. This is more due to lack of sites for sale, because most are dead and worthless... Or horribly overpriced

It's still been for sale since last year for the right price. I just don't come on this site that much and post it up.

What's wrong with just letting it be for sale as it's still running? That way if someone buys it, then that's good, and if nobody buys it, then I still make the same money from the site every year, and that's still good. So it doesn't matter right?
