Selling my 8 years old amateur tube site

Hey guys,

here is my first and last adult website for sell. It's amateur porn tube running on mechbunny.

eroxia.com
- first started in September 2006 as a video dump site and running since then (used to have over 200k visits/day in 2009-2010)
- in 2013 switched to tube site and disabled all traffic trades
- around 4 000 000 pageviews/mo
- 730k visits in last 30 days
- 210k backlinks based on ahrefs
- it also has mobile version of website with working videos on all devices (yikes, just noticed last videos don't work, will fix that before the sale with my programmer and unleash it's potential)

Traffic
- 60% of traffic is from search engines, 30 % is direct. There were no traffic trades or traffic buys in last 12 months.
- 38% US, 8% UK, 7% DE, 4,5% CA
- 40% of traffic is mobile/tablet

Why am I selling?
I've never thought this will happen, but because of my other businesses it is real.
It's my first site that I built back as 18 years old high schooler and made my first little fortune with. Back in 2009-2010 it has over 200k visits every day. You can find this all in Google analytics. I basically left thousands of hours on this one and it was my entrance to entrepreneurship and online marketing. Sadly I haven't worked on it much in last 2 years as I switched my focus to other businesses, I was just paying the hosting and content uploader. So it's time to sell it to someone more active.

Profits?
It's been a year since I have touched ad zones on the site the last time, so I have not much data on the monetization potential. But it still made around $500-1000 every month just with exoclick, adxpansion, and plugrush.
Just noticed that more than a half of ad zones actually don't work for some reason (adxpansion).

Check analytics screenshots, it gets around 13-15k hits daily from google and other search engines. But yeah, I have some notification in webmasters center that they found some unnatural links. Fixing this could bring some potential.

I don't know how much it can help to solve this, maybe it can double SE traffic, maybe not, who knows. Back then the site used to have around 40k/day from Google.

With the site you'll also get:

1. big package of licensed content with all documents (ids of actors and agreements). It's 157 GB of photos and videos, 59 000 files. All bought here on GFY like 3 years ago, when epassporte was crashing and I needed to spend my money. I haven't done anything with that content since. It's mostly the "pro amateur porn". This will be sent on external hard drive. I think I spent almost $10k on it.

2. Aged domains registered in 2007. I was running similar amateur sites on them until this Spring, when I redirected them to eroxia.com to support it. All had traffic for 6+ years and ranks.

- Regarding users; how many registered users are there? how many are active uploaders?

Since there's quite a bit of interest you might want to consider extending the bidding deadline..

1. The content is not on the site, it's on my external HDD, ready to use.
2. 0 traffic exchange, 0 of paid traffic. All pure natural from past trades that were already canceled (I don't trade anymore), various toplists, hardlinks and stuff.
3. It's around 100-150 mbps, at that cost you can get up to 500 Mbps. Hard disk space, I am not 100% sure and don' know how to check it via SSH. But the server was upgraded this spring and the diskpace should last for at least another 2-3 years. There are 2x2+3TB of space.
4. 5500+ users, 15000 videos and like 10 regular uploaders. The majority still uploads my guy, who can continue to work on site.

Regards the deadline, I'll decide tomorrow.

When logged into the box with SSH, just write "df" to show disk usage.. You can paste the output here. But I guess it's not more than 2TB, right?
