I bought this 3 letter domain with the intent of creating a poker strategy website (as pkr is the acronym for poker). Do you think it's worth anything ?

Setup a small website on it, try to post some poker related stuff, wait and see if you get some love from the visitors ;)

Post some poker tips, get a Twitter account and tweet some Twitter related poker videos and wait.
