Must be active (doesn´t matter how much or how old the latest update, should be up and running) and has exclusive content of itself (all content must NOT be exclusive but you got my point)

solo girl, soft, hard, doesn´t matter but better is with a brandable name or be in a niche - a "kinda" speciality we look for..

Not only domains we are interested in, it must be a real active site with a payment processor already running on it and if possible with some active users (members - doesn´t matter how many)

Some traffic and being established would be (prefably) better - like at least some kind of income stream, too.
