:mad DDOS mitigation specialists

For over a month we've been hit with repeated DDOS attacks and tried everything we know of and server admins also tried tons of solutions and nothing seems to work.

Does someone know or offer a reputable service/solution to mitigate these attacks.

Thanks

Good Morning,

I am sorry to hear that your site is under attack. Depending on the scale there are several solutions CloudFlare being a great start.

Have you spoken to your provider? What level of protection do they offer? You might be able to reach out to them and get an higher level of support for a few dollars more.

If you haven't start with your current provider first, add CloudFlare into the mix and go up from there.

Also to help a little more, what have you done/currently doing already? This way we don't offer potential solutions that you have already done.

Thanks,
Anthony

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for replying to our call for help.

We're currently trying to upgrade our cloudflare protection as the one we have doesn't work for these attacks. Waiting for custom quote from them.

Our hosting provider kicked us off the DDOS protection plan they had offered us, which we were paying for, because it doesn't work.

As of now, we switched IPs and they were discovered by the attacker the next day. No DNS records are exposing our IP but they keep finding it. With the current cloudflare in place we've blocked russia, china, vietnam and placed a recaptcha challenge for Tor browser. This did not work either.

I'm hoping that cloudflare gets back to us quickly with a quote that makes sense because they have all the data on hand to be able to diagnose and remedy the problem.

If you offer any other solutions/alternatives or services we can chat directly.

Thanks again Anthony!
