I developed it myself with wordpress plugins and my own coding, its fully optimized, works flawlessly, its secure, its SEO Optimized, its ranking well on Google in its niche, its 7 or so months old, its a site designed so the 'owner' doesnt have to put any work in besides the initial work, its fully automated. The website is easily making profit and I got some offers from interested buyers via the Contact page of the website so I decided to sell it. Why am I selling it exactly? I need to pay some important bills, the website is making profit and I wouldnt sell it if I didnt need this quick cash, but I do so im open to offers. I also have available a Google Analytics report and a Exoclick.com earnings report (I only have 1 way of income that is popunders, at the moment). So basically you will get a .com domain, a fully working automated wordpress adult niche site that was built from the ground up, is 100% seo friendly, its loading speed is optimized, its secure and extremely easy to customize/edit/scale, a twitter account (~700 100% real followers and rising everyday) and a reddit subreddit (~500 followers, rising everyday aswell), to which the website automatically sends content to. The website also has already quite some backlinks, some I made them myself, others I bought from not-scammy places that gave premium backlinks or from reputable sellers that helped immensely in off-page SEO.
