1) Both parties need to sign a model release form
2) Both parties need to be of have and show copies of government id's

Pornhub got slapped hard because they had underage content etc

if you think the person in this video is underage make a complaint to pornhub, then the owner of the content would then have to provide details of everyone if that scene to prove there age.
