It is really high quality porn server, in time when we add every day new content, traffic was +- 230 000 uip daily. Now we dont have lot of time on this project, we have other big porn servers. At this moment with minimum of content is daily traffic +- 20 000 UIP / day.
Earns from ads and affiliate of partners was really very, very big.
Last 3 years we invest to seo +- 70 000USD for links.

So even using its heyday earnings, you want a 20 month multiple or so.. on a site that has strong evidence of a decline.

Almost all of the content is either contracted by the affiliate to companies or so-called unlicensed amateur videos. There are definitely videos out there that shouldn't be there - but that's what the DMCA works for, and when any comes, we'll delete the video immediately. Earnings are still nice relative to server costs, not as they used to be - but the web still has potential. It's not a dead site, traffic is still there and with a little work (for example, remake to good quality ffmpeg) and refocus on content, so it will skyrocket without further investment in seo. The site has managed and can make a lot of money again, please leave a demented comment. If you want to buy, you can write by email, send earnings and costs, information on what and how is needed. Please keep me safe with nonsensical comments.

Your site is literally blacklisted, all pages are deindexed, which means hopes of ever getting any meaningful traffic again is equal to 0, and you're trying to sell it for $100000+? You have to be dumb to think someone would just throw that much money away without checking a single thing, that site isn't worth 1% of what you're asking for, and even that would be a gamble.

The domain is not penalized or blacklisted. That would be traffic from Google. Positions are still indexed, only falling to lower levels.

That means your site has been penalized for whatever the reason might be, multiple DMCAs, duplicate content, spam, discovery of black hat techniques, whatever. You're still ranking for some keywords, but for how long it's questionable. Placing the site back on the map is a pain in the ass, it's not impossible, but it's not guaranteed either.

The core of the issue is, you're not selling a site for what it's worth, but for what it was worth 2-3 years ago. That's not how it goes, simply because numbers-wise, it's worth 10% of that, and with additional issues, it's worth even less. You either rank it back up and sell it for more money, or sell it for a price range that's currently applicable.

It's like me trying to sell you myspace for 580 million because it was worth that much in 2005, you just have to do some work on it and get those numbers pumped up.

There are 6,000 videos manually added to the site, it's a job that is still being evaluated, there are original headlines, descriptions, there's a lot of work, even if it's dropped, there are affiliate accounts to the site that still earn - someone bought a 3 year back membership and extends them to this day. Earnings are still high and the web still has potential. You know almost nothing about it, I have a lot of documentation for the web and even if it doesn't seem like it, the potential is more than great.

You're selling a site that's no longer what it was for the price like it is.
If your earnings are so high, why even sell it? It's passive income at this point, just ride the wave.

WTF - yes, site has manual penalty.
I did not checked it before, as Semrush shows it has organic traffic and keywords.

OP - what kind of message you have in GSC -> Manual actions?

sorry, dude, but this site has no potential. after the pornhub fiasco, in January 2021, google started penalizing and in certain countries also deindexing almost all sites in the teen porn/young porn niche. your site got hit by that too (but has been also penalized several months before), it's still indexed and ranks for some terms in the USA for example but in some countries the site is completely deindexed. there is probably currently no way how to recover from it because google just doesn't like that niche anymore.

The price is not fixed, if someone shows real interest, the price can be agreed. Is it really a penalty? If it was for links or DMCA, I would be able to fix these errors and ask for a check, but there is nothing there.

some got away and survived but IMO 80%+ got hit. especially if your domain includes a kw "teen" and you have some "teen" related content on the site, chances that you will be targeted are really high.

I have no beef with you at all, simply commented on your price range being fairly unreasonable all things considered, and you're getting defensive because of valid critique. Although I'll admit that I have overreacted, you can still make good money with the site.

Regarding the deindexation issue, I took a closer look at the site. It happens sometimes that you get on google's radar for whatever the reason might be. In your case it could be that they've branded the site as too spammy, or figured out you bought backlinks. That's pretty much the reason why your site doesn't appear with the site:website.com search.
Usually it would mean that not a single page of your site should appear, but that's not the case, some have slipped through the cracks. For instance, most of the categories are deindexed, while the "milf" category is still indexed, and it's the page that shows up for "pornyteen" keyword instead of your homepage. "Videos", "Pornstars", etc. the majority of the site is deindexed.
The rest of the keywords you're ranking for are pretty much all for videos that have managed to get indexed due to good SEO. Thanks to the insanely high number of pages, Google wasn't able to deindex everything, hence why you still have some traffic.

You should look into solving that, try submitting deindexed pages into GSC, or figure out what got Google hammer dropped on your site, resolve the issue and you'll get way more traffic. Good luck.
