I don't understand how your coming up with that value for x-zone.com,

is there some big deal with it that i'm missing.. some huge search term?

If not, your asking way too much.. better stick to a different board.

Age, type-in traffic, meaning, easy to remember, these built its value. I'm more of a domainer, so I know the value of a domain name quite well.

Otherwise why more than 35 other extensions are taken?

And you simply ignored the factor that 35+ other extensions were taken, who would reg them? for what?
