FOR SALE: bbw.tv

Hi All,

Well I decided to try the Adult business, got the thumbs up from my misses.... but as women are she ha now changed her mind and dont want me in it!! Tried to keep it quiet from her, but she knows too much about the web and knows I still have it. So highly reluctantly I have to sell my site & domain.

The site is really not worth any thing, I only put it up a month ago, but within that month it did get 1,500 uniques visits.

What is worth the money is the Domain Name: BBW.TV

This is a great 3 letter single keyword domain name of a neiche that has massive retention (Although I dont need to tell you that!)

I am advertising this in several places and am loking for offers.

If you are interested, PM me your offer. For safety of Buyer and myself, I will probably use Sedo to broker the sale.

I will be sad to see this go as I had high hopes for the site

No, I am taking offers. Basically PM me an offer and on Sunday I will sell to the best offer. Please note that I will not be disclosing offers.

I currently have alot of offers around the same value, so potentially if there is not an offer that is considerably higher than the offers I have received, then I will put it to Sedo for Auction.

Please dont ask me about other peoples offer's as I will not disclose. Also dont ask me what I want, as again I am not going to plant figures into your head. Just simply make me an offer, at which point I will add it to my list of offers and then on Sunday make a descision.

Is this considered a premium domain with outrageous renewal fees?
What's the cost to renew annually?

Super domain

.tv at godaddy is $40 bucks now, godaddy is getting sneaky in their marketing. They offer these great sales every now and then on some extensions. You buy at the discounted prices and as soon as the majority of holders of that extensions renewals come up...they raise their prices. I have a bunch of .tv domains at a price of $19, now the renewals are up and they are doubled in price. They think they are doing something good...but they fuck you after you made your website and happy with the name. A friend of mine has some really good real estate names...and he just keeps renewing the names for the max amount of years. Once the internet buzz comes back strong again...the registers can raise the prices to whatever they like...and most site owners will renew. The people holding domains for resale will go broke trying to renew though.

I like .tv especially for adult, it just seems to make sense.

Some .tv's that the registrar consider "premium" require an annual renewal fee of $5,000. I was checking to see if this was one of those...

You took the words right out of my mouth, had check the price earlier and was shocked. Maybe he purchased for that price also?

I think you would make the fee back in a year using AEBN.
Make a white label VOD with a nice logo...and buy some traffic. With some SEO you will be making serious cash in a couple of years. Too bad the wife is making you sell, mine is from Japan and is kind of open minded.

Wow we agree on something, I tried XXX.tv and X.tv and said $25 reg fees, and I really doubt .tv's real homepage would have google ads showcased.

Hi All,

Yeah $500 renewal is alot more than the usual $10, it is just the way .tv domains work. Lucky it is not business.tv that is about $500,000 per year...... However that said, based on the niche and single keyword, this little baby will easily earn you some good money, with SEO and marketing. If you are blinded by the Reg fee, then you dont have the forsight of the potential of the name!

Anyway I have 6 offers around the $2,000 level. As I am not going to play people off against each other going back and forwards. I have decided it would be fair to all to place the domain on SEDO.

sedo.co.uk/search/details.php4?domain=bbw.tv&tracked=&partnerid=&lan guage=e

So if you are interested then go bid. If you would prefer to try and tempt me with a private offer on ICQ that would be sufficient for me to withdraw it from auction then feel fre to hit me up. icq is: 357622175

They are insane take a look at some of this premium pricing.
http://www.enom.com/domains/tv_names_browse.asp

.tv is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the island nation of Tuvalu.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.tv

I have some really good 2 word adult ones, I hope in the future they will not make these also premium.

Yeah it's a sort of extortion extension, I remember when .LA started they did the same thing and failed.
