Been trying to sell this for a while with no luck. Now willing to accept 45,000$ BIN. (Will not accept less)

June rev: 4.3k
July rev: 4.6k
Aug rev: 5.3k
Sept rev: 5k
Oct rev: 5k (and there's 3 days left so more like 5.5k)

40% SE traffic, 40% direct/type in, 20% referring sites

Been trying to sell for a while as I said, patience running a little thin, would love for a quick sale to occur.
