Noob Question???

I'm interested in designing and operating a niche (hairy) affiliate site. So I decided to try atkcash.com. During registration it asks for company information and Tax ID. Which leads my question.

Do I actually have to incorporate to engage in affiliate programs or can I do it without being a registered company.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

OH, yeah...I'm new to this forum and this line of business. However, I believe that I can be a rainmaker in this industry . I know it's going to take a lot of work, patience and determination.

Please accept me within your ranks. I'm plan on being an active participant.

Thanks!

Welcome to GFY.
I'm also a noob.

Well, on company information I put my "biggest" website or the site that I attend to use more that program. Tax ID, since I live in Portugal I dont put nothing.

Anything hit me up on ICQ.
Best wishes.

Welcome to the board,no need to incorporate to engage in affiliate programs until the loot starts flowing in.It's getting the stable income to go to that next step

You don't have to incorporate, that's just a business name form, if you pay your taxes as self-employed, then just put there your name instead of company name. But of course you still need to pay your taxes depending on a country from which you do your business.

DangerX, do I have to pay taxes?
So, I earn the cash - XX.XXX USD per millenium -, I put that cash on my local economy and I have to pay taxes?

I have to take my checks and present them to my taxes 'agents'?

Please note, this is not a flame reply. Just trying to publish this point of view that I always had about this issue.

Well, if I earn cash outside my country why should I declare it to my local taxes affairs?
Creeps!

Dude, you have misinterpreted my post.

Just to clarify for those who don't understand plain english. "...depending on a country from which you do your business" means if someone has a company incorporated in one country, and he is sunbathing in another country, he does his business from the country where he is incorporated, not from the one where he is sunbathing. Huh find a lawyer if you need more explanation.

Btw You put your biggest website as the company name? Is your website name referring to your company name? If not then I don't think it's a good idea, name of your website is not your business name. You should put there either your name and your details or your company name and company details.

But do what you think that is right for you to do, I don't like to stick my nose in other people business.
