Newbie question Tools of The Trade - GoFuckYourself.com

Can somebody suggest a free to low level budget tool for managing link exchanges? I am referring go something self hosted if possible, I am already with Linkspun and jaytrades but I am thinking about a self hosted solution too.
Also, is there a tool to manage link AND traffic trade in the same place?

Also, this may sound like an absolutely DUMB question but I have to ask

let's say I setup a trade from my site A to somebody's site B then from him back to my site C, would it make sense especially when I am starting out, to BUY traffic say from traffiout trafficholder or whoever which can then flow through the trade as well?

Hope this makes sense.. it was a long day ;)!!!

LinkEx is free and very good.

Thx, I have looked at Linkex and it looks good although I was maybe thinking of something a tad more sophisticated, like which would allow ABC exchanges for example, but thx again

linkex.dk for the link exchange and crystal-scripts.com/products/crystal_trader/ for traffic trade (they have both - free (takes 1% of clicks) and paid versions)

And yes, it is necessary to buy some traffic from brokers like trafficholder.com or trafficshop.com to start trade because 99.9% of your traders will require some hits from you first before they send anything back.

Oh and you probably will need one more script that will rotate your thumbnails by CTR. You can get a free copy of smart thumbs from smart-scripts.com
