Hello guys,
Im interested in a vps plan asap,i was never a user of vps so i dont know much about each solution each company provides.
Im not interested in raw power 256 Mb ram should be enough, it will host 2-3 small sites, i want it for development purposes mostly cause i need root access.
I can manage it my self, but i want Centos 6.3 or 6.4 Desktop, multiple domains,subdomains, and databases.

You can try digitalocean.com im using them for a year now and never had any problems, and their vps is blazing fast. I use netherland vps which is part of leaseweb which dedicated server i was using before and they are pure 10 quality.

I was looking at them a few minutes before opening this thread, can i build from source from them?
For example to build from sourse, nginx , nodejs ect ?

I suggest you check hosting offers in WebHostingTalk since they are the biggest hosting providers crowd in the net

Contact me i can set you up with a server with root access for 10 dollar per month.

It is not on our at this point but just contact me and i will get you setup.

We also offer ssh access (not root) on our shared plans.
