You just have to create a campaign in GSA for Web 2.0s and feed it with porn keywords. What exactly are you struggling with?
By the way, GSA is not so great for Tier 1. A lot of things can go wrong, especially when you don't know the software well. Better create your Web 2.0s manually and then rank those links with GSA. You should also check the gsa-online forum. I've written a FAQ for the software on that forum a few years ago. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to post links on GFY yet. The thread title is "Inofficial GSA Search Engine Ranker FAQ".

We have to create tier 1 web 2 sites manually. But both high authority web 2 sites will be banned future. That's the one of problem.
