How do dialers like gxbill work
They have Senegal (or other exotic far away place) area code, lets say a user makes a 2 minute call for 5dlls
how is it divided up by the phone company, gxbill an me, they dont have any terms or rates in their page. |

Dudes I have emailed them they dont answer, I was asking for a generic answer do dialers not just gxbill, you be surpised that they dont have rates visible anywhere.
